With over two decades of experience living in Japan and an equally rich background in the music industry, our Founder & CEO is a visionary leader who brings together a unique blend of creativity, technical expertise, and cultural insight.
An active singer-songwriter, he has collaborated with musicians from around the world, fostering global musical exchanges. In addition to his artistic pursuits, he brings 18 years of expertise in IT management—an experience that has played a vital role in transforming Chandra Surya Events International into one of Japan's premier concert and event management companies.
Driven by a deep passion for music and cross-cultural collaboration, his leadership has built strong partnerships with artists across Asia, with a special focus on showcasing Nepali and South Asian talents to Japanese audiences.

A true innovator, he is the mind behind our original event themes and creative concepts. He oversees the design and execution of all visual elements, ensuring each event tells a compelling and cohesive story.

Marketing Head
With more than a decade of experience in Japan, our Marketing Head is a seasoned expert in crafting impactful strategies that drive engagement and growth.
Specializing in strategic development and digital marketing, he brings deep expertise in social media platforms, content planning, and campaign execution. His sharp understanding of current trends allows him to connect effectively with diverse audiences across both local and international communities.
He leads all aspects of marketing—from content oversight and community management to analytics and performance reporting—ensuring that every campaign aligns with our brand and delivers measurable results.

With nearly two decades of experience in Japan and over ten years as a professional Japanese cuisine chef, our Hospitality Manager brings a unique blend of cultural understanding and service excellence to the team.
He specializes in guest experience management, ensuring that artists, crew members, and VIPs receive top-tier hospitality throughout the event journey. From accommodation coordination and onsite support to protocol, etiquette, and post-event follow-up, he handles every detail with care and professionalism.
His deep understanding of both Japanese and international expectations allows Chandra Surya Events International to deliver a seamless and welcoming experience for all our guests.
Abhisek Manandhar
Public Relations Manager
With nearly a decade of experience in Japan and a background as the CEO of a driving school, our Public Relations Manager brings leadership, communication expertise, and cultural fluency to the forefront of our operations.
A seasoned media relations expert, he handles all aspects of public engagement—from press releases and interviews to artist appearances and press conferences. His strategic approach to crisis communication and social reputation monitoring ensures our brand remains trusted and respected.
He also works closely with sponsors and artists' PR teams to ensure all messaging is aligned, impactful, and consistent across platforms.
